Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment and issuance of a written confirmation.
Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and travel details at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure all safari and tour bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated via invoice or official communication channels.
Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the specific booking terms provided at the time of confirmation.
Bank charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Changes to Itineraries
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to weather conditions, safety concerns, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made to ensure the safety and best interests of the Client.
Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of personal belongings, and emergency evacuation. The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.
Health and Safety
Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in safari and travel activities.
All safety instructions provided by guides and staff must be followed at all times.
The Company is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety guidelines.
Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, and required travel documents are valid and obtained before travel. The Company will not be responsible for denied entry, delays, or additional costs resulting from improper documentation.
Liability and Responsibility
The Company acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other third-party service providers.
We are not liable for loss, damage, delays, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked services.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, political instability, or acts of war.
